01Overview
A workforce platform for offshore wind that puts availability first. Contractors keep their dates, certification and work rights current; companies search for the people who are actually free for the window they need.
The brief
Offshore wind hiring runs on LinkedIn messages, agency spreadsheets and CVs that are out of date the moment they are sent. The client wanted one place where a contractor’s availability is live and trustworthy, and where a recruiter can see it in seconds.
Our approach
We built the brand, the marketing site and the platform itself. Search is organised by exact, close and transferable matches rather than job titles, and a Competence Passport lets contractors prove verified appraisals role by role.
