Forma Dev is a digital product studio in Glasgow and Edinburgh. We design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps and interactive WebGL experiences, and provide managed hosting for them.

We have studios at 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP and 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 1JE, and we work with businesses across Scotland and the rest of the UK.

As a guide, focused websites can come in under £5k, most bespoke websites cost £5k to £15k, web apps, ecommerce and first app releases typically cost £15k to £40k, and larger platforms start at £40k. See the pricing guide.

Our process runs about 12 weeks from discovery to launch. Smaller projects move faster and larger ones are delivered in phases.

We invoice a deposit before work begins and the balance against milestones as the project progresses. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Fees exclude VAT and third-party costs such as domains or paid APIs.

You do. On full payment we assign you the intellectual property in the work we create for you, and license our own pre-existing tools to you permanently as part of it.

Yes. Every client gets a staging link updated weekly and a client portal with milestones, files, invoices and messages, where you approve each milestone.

Yes. We build with server-rendered HTML, structured data, fast loading and clear answers, so search engines and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read and cite your pages.

Yes. We monitor every launch closely and stay on hand to fix and improve what is live, including managed hosting.
