Logwise is a digital compliance platform for multi-site hospitality. We built it end to end: scheduled HACCP-style checks, scored audits, corrective actions, incident reporting with RIDDOR, a statutory certificate register and an EHO-ready evidence pack, across every site from one login.

A hotel and spa group was running food-safety and health-and-safety compliance on paper diaries and clipboards: a folder per site, filled in after the fact, impossible to see across the estate and a scramble whenever an environmental health officer walked in.
We replaced the folders with one platform. Scheduled checks tell each team what to do now; out-of-range readings flag red and force a corrective action before sign-off; audits produce a score and grade; and every entry, certificate and incident is one tap away as an inspection-ready evidence pack.

The challenge
Compliance is only worth anything if the checks actually get done, on time, on the floor, and can be proved later. That meant a tool fast enough to use mid-service on a phone, strict enough to stop an out-of-range fridge being signed off and forgotten, and structured enough to hand an EHO a complete history in seconds. Across eleven very different sites.
The approach
A guided "what to do now" day view driven by each template’s schedule, with overdue checks auto-escalating to managers. Temperature and pass/fail fields carry their own safe ranges, so a bad reading flags inline and demands a corrective-action note. Scored audits, a statutory certificate register, RIDDOR-classified incidents and risk assessments all feed one evidence pack. Built offline-first as a PWA and shipped on Cloudflare so it stays quick in a cellar with one bar of signal.
The outcome
The group runs daily compliance across eleven sites from one dashboard, with estate-wide completion visible in real time and a printable inspection pack always ready. Paper diaries are gone, nothing out-of-range slips through unresolved, and an EHO visit is a two-tap export instead of a day of digging.
